circle-chevron-rightIP & Usage Rights

Ownership of Your NFT

🟨 When you mint or acquire a CyberFates NFT, you hold complete ownership — your place in CyberFates, permanently secured on the blockchain.

🟨 You also get commercial usage rights to the visual representation of the specific NFT you hold — meaning you can use it for merch, branding, content creation or other creative projects.

🟨 These rights are exclusive to you as long as you hold the NFT. If you sell it, the rights transfer to the new holder.

What You Can Do With Your NFT Art

☑️ Create and sell merchandise featuring your character.

☑️ Use your character in media (videos, comics, games, social content).

☑️Collaborate with other holders to build faction-based projects.

What You Can’t Do

🚫 Use the CyberFates name, logo or brand in a way that implies official endorsement.

🚫 Create hate speech, discriminatory or illegal content with your NFT art.

🚫 Claim ownership of the CyberFates universe or the entire IP — Your rights are tied to the NFT/NFTs you own.

The Core CyberFates IP

🟨 The CyberFates brand, lore, faction names, character archetypes and all other non-holder assets remain under CyberFates Studios ownership.

🟨 This ensures we can continue building games, comics, events and collaborations without needing separate approvals from each holder.

Our Right to Use Your Character

☑️ By holding a CyberFates NFT, you grant CyberFates Studios the right to use your character’s image for:

🟨 Official marketing campaigns

🟨 Game integrations

🟨 Merchandise & promotional content

🟨 Story/lore development within the CyberFates universe

☑️This does not reduce your rights — you still keep your ability to use and monetize your NFT.

Why This Matters

☑️ This structure ensures:

🟨 Holders can build and monetize freely.

🟨 The project can expand into new media and platforms without legal roadblocks.

🟨 The universe remains cohesive and immersive for all.

By owning a CyberFates NFT, you agree to the terms outlined above.
